Nashville recording artist Lynn Bryant knows that when it comes to being an independent artist every little bit helps which is why her company Sunrise Productions teamed up with Ferguson in August to create a whole new untapped avenue for music marketing. Through the union, the 21 Ferguson locations participating gained access to and awareness of established artists including Keith Urban and Kenny Chesney as well as new independent artists. Now, four months later the number of participating locations has nearly doubled with the addition of 13 Ferguson locations.

Ferguson, the nation’s number one wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, fire protection, pipes, valves and fitting products to professional contractors, has locations throughout North America and abroad. The marketing plan created by Lynn Bryant and executed by Ferguson started in Georgia and Texas with a total of 21 Ferguson locations and has now extended to North Carolina with the addition of 13 Ferguson locations. The new participating locations in North Carolina will be in the Charlotte, Greensboro, and Raleigh areas. Within each location, video monitors play the artists’ videos and sell the artists’ CDs. Sunrise Productions supplies and ships all CDs and videos to Ferguson’s participating locations.

As an independent artist Lynn Bryant took it upon herself to create a new avenue to get her music heard. Lynn knew the construction industry from her past expertise as a marketing executive within the industry and was aware that country music and the construction industry enjoyed the same customer base. Lynn’s album Woman Enough is one of three featured artists along with Keith Urban and Kenny Chesney.

“I am thrilled that this venture with Ferguson is going so well. We look forward to further expansion nationally and internationally. This union exposes established artists while opening a door for new artists who may not otherwise have been noticed,“ says Lynn.

A portion of Lynn’s personal proceeds go to her non-profit organization The Nancy Ferro Learning For Life Foundation, which provides a nurturing after-school environment for elementary age children to thrive and grow.
